"The Highlight of
the Vampire Ball was a performance by the Knights of iron, a combat troupe
based in Michigan. They put on a show called Netherworld: Vampire
Apocalypse. Now the title might seem a bit overblown, I assure you, it
isn't. This show was unlike anything I have ever seen - Imagine vampire chicks
with swords fighting other vampires - the whole thing illuminated by the glow
of rapidly shifting colored lights and lasers - all to the accompaniment of a
live heavy metal band - and you might get some inkling of how intense this
thing was. The fight choreography was truely impressive - the swordplay was the
fastest I have ever seen in a live setting. I got some great images of the
show, but they don't do the show justice. Vampire Apocalypse is
something that has to be experienced- has to be felt" Jerry Barmore - Chicago Department of
Tourism
"Awesome, simply awesome. The
Knights of Iron manage to up the ante with every performance we hire them for.
They are the one act that I know will hold the audience, and keep them
entertained. Happy audiences spend money, and I know I can bet the bank on
Knights of Iron" Stephen Conrad - General Manager -
SLRF Productions
The
Knights of Iron are the hardest working group I have ever hired for any
event! Jim Stamberger- Entertainment Director -
MidAmerica Festivals
The
Knights of Iron are one of, if not the most professional fight casts I've seen
at a Renaissance Festival. Their focus, attention to safety, and
professionalism is unequalled. Randal Scott -
Director - The Duelists
Their Three Musketeers show is the most ambitious undertaking
I have ever seen in 20 years of attending Renaissance Festivals. They just blew
me away
